I would love to leave a tip as I think he deserves one, but the service to reserve a taxi is so expensive and the profit margin so large, that I think the driver should be paid extra for their time as a sign of appreciation by their employer. "Didn’t turn up. I had stressed the importance of timing. 15 minutes after due time when I checked the status on line status was Awaiting driver assignment. I had to make other arrangements but still nothing from Alpha when I left 45 minutes later. AND THEN ALPHA TOOK THE MONey FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. ALPHA HAVE BEEN UNAVAILABLE ON THE PHONE EVER SINCE."
