"I did not appreciate the phone call after my booking telling me that my car would not be big enough and that I should pay more.
Then, after that discussion, an email arrived saying the driver would not take us and we would be charged in full if the car was not big enough.
If the booking system takes the number of people and their cases, there should be no need to follow up. Or change the booking system."
